19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

Praise and Worship 
Lord God, we honor You as the Creator and Sustainer of our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit. We acknowledge that we are not our own, for we were bought at a great price. We praise You for the gift of Your Spirit and the redemption through Jesus Christ.

Praying God’s Will 
Father, help us to honor You with our bodies, recognizing the immense value You have placed on us. May we be stewards of this life, living in purity and holiness as an act of worship and gratitude.

Praying the Request 
We ask, O God, for strength and wisdom to flee from immorality and any action that would defile the temple You have entrusted to us. Guide us in making choices that glorify You in our bodies and spirits, which are Yours.

Praying for Forgiveness 
Forgive us, Merciful Father, for the times we have misused our bodies or neglected the holy calling with which You have called us. Help us to live lives worthy of the sacrifice Christ made, offering our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to You.

Praying for Protection 
Protect our hearts and minds from the temptations that surround us. May Your Spirit within us be a source of power to overcome sin and a reminder of the precious blood of Jesus that has redeemed us.

Praise and Worship 
We give You thanks, Almighty God, for the indwelling of Your Holy Spirit. You have honored us with Your presence, and we choose to honor You with our bodies in return. Help us to glorify You in all that we do, for we are Yours. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
